Postan Miller and Associates (PMA) Pty Ltd, previously known as LDB Audit Services Pty Ltd, is an ASIC registered audit company that was formerly the audit division of the LDB Group.
To ensure the independence of the audit function, the company has been separated from the group and now operates independently.
Postan Miller and Associates only offers audit and assurance services.
At PMA, the audit team is committed to providing a full range of auditing and assurance services to clients across a diverse range of industries.
PMA can provide audit services to industries including manufacturing, wholesale, retail, trading houses, service companies, dealerships, transportation, construction, educational institutions, Australian financial service licence holders, not for profits and charities, trust accounts and superannuation funds.
Nicky has over 20 years experience working within the public and private sectors through a combination of statutory and internal audit assignments, self-managed superannuation funds, forensic accounting engagements, internal control and risk reviews and the provision of general and specific advice to a broad range of clients.
Nicky commenced her career as an Audit Junior whilst studying in South Africa, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. Nicky completed her conversion to the Australian CA prior to immigrating to Australia.
As of 1 July 2023, the LDB Audit Services practice broke away from the LDB group to become a boutique audit practice where Nicky has become shareholder and continues as director of the company. Prior to joining LDB as Audit Principal, Nicky has spent more than 15 years as an audit partner and director of mid tier chartered accounting and audit firms within Melbourne.
Nicky holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. She is also an ASIC registered Company Auditor, registered auditor under s255A of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009, registered Superannuation Fund Auditor and approved External Examiner.
Hilton has in excess of 35 years of experience in the audit profession. He has experience in servicing a broad range of clients, ranging from publicly listed companies, large and small private companies, not-for-profit organisations and self-managed superannuation funds.
As of 1 July 2023, the LDB Audit Services practice broke away from the LDB group to become a boutique audit practice where Hilton continues as shareholder and director of the company. Hilton originally joined LDB in July 2016, prior to that he practiced as the principle in the firm Hilton Miller & Associates which he established in 2010. This was a boutique style practice specialising in audit and assurance work. Prior to establishing his own firm, he was a principal in the audit division of a large second tier firm in Melbourne and an audit partner in a firm in South Africa.
